Immunizations: 

The Putnam County Health Department offers free immunizations to all children ages 2 months through 18 years.  You must provide a current immunization record for your child to receive any vaccinations.  Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian, or an adult who has written consent to bring your child to the clinic.   

The Health Department also offers Tetanus, Influenza and Hepatitis A and B immunizations to adults.  TB testing is also provided.  There is a fee for these immunizations and TB testing.  Please call the Health Department for current costs.
