 OFFICE ARE OFFERING SERVSAFE CERTIFICATION

CLASSES AND EXAMS

We will be offering training sessions and ServSafe Certification exams beginning in January 2008. The cost is $85.00 per person, payable to Putnam County Health Department. The class will be held in the Courthouse Annex, 209 W. Liberty Street, Greencastle, IN. For more information call the Putnam County Health Department (765)653-5210.

Books will be issued approximately 2 weeks before class.  Participants are strongly urged to review the textbook and take the practice exams in the book prior to the class date.  Prior to the exam all books must be returned in GOOD CONDITION in order to take the exam. If the book is not returned or not in good condition when returned, there will be a fee of $50.00.

Registrations and fees must be submitted at least two weeks BEFORE the test date.

On the day of the exam bring your valid driver’s license for identification to present to the exam proctor.

The fee is $85.00 to be paid to Putnam County Health Department in advance at the time of registration.  Only paid registrations will be accepted. A receipt can be picked up with your ServSafe study book. **There will be no refunds for this class.**
