The Putnam County Board of Commissioners met in executive session on February 7, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. at the annex.  The meeting was held per Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(2)(B) “initiation of litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing”.
