The Putnam County Board of Commissioners met in Executive Session on January 18, 2005 at 3:30 p.m.  The meeting was held per Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(2)(B) “initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.”
