The Putnam County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Friday, December 31, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the Courthouse Annex to make the annual appointments.  The pledge to the flag was given.

Don Walton made the motion to re-appoint; Gene Beck seconded.  The motion carried.  The part time custodian position may have to readdress if the budgets for 2005 are not approved by the State.

E911 Board: The Commissioners want to look at making changes.

Floyd Township Fire District Board: Gene Beck was informed that two members could not serve on the board due to conflict of interest.

Plan Commission Board                                Kevin Scobee

Gene Beck made the motion to appoint; Don Walton seconded.  The motion carried.

Aviation Board                                               Mike Clodfelter replacing Kiger

Hospital Board                                               James Malayer
